Menu List

Tita Ella (Catering Manager of Via Mare) made a menu for our wedding that has a combination of Filipino and Spanish dishes. We haven't yet scheduled the food tasting (looking soo forward to it he he) but I'm sure the food will all be delish!!!

-COCKTAILS-
Baby Potato Stuffed with Blue Cheese & Walnuts
Oysters Fritters with Red Pepper Sauce
Crostini topped with Warm Chorizo

-BUFFET-
Oven-braised Fish Fillet in Lemon Tarragon Creme Fraiche
Chicken Simmered in Red Wine

Roast Corned Beef in Hot Carts
*mashed potato *sauerkraut *horseradish cream *gravy

Angels Hair Pasta Puttanesca
Baked Lasagne

Assorted Breads- Butter

Assorted Mesclun & Watercress in Light Caesar Salad Dressing

Fresh Fruit Medley on Ice

I was worried that the cocktails will not be part of the package. Lo and behold included pala and ang dami pa! Yahoo!! We can't afford to extend our budget for food anymore (over na talaga kami as in!) Since the guests will be at the reception venue at 5-5:30pm, they can munch on the pica pica while waiting for us, ayt??? :)

Ang saya and ang SARAP!! :)
