We didn't go with the traditional invites coz we felt that it won't be "us" anymore.. what Pheobe designed for us was cute, fun, fits our garden theme... We didn't actually spend so much for our invites.. we prioritized the food, photo, gown.. We were satisfied with the outcome naman.. though I had a little problem coordinating with Pheobe because that time she was really busy (dinumog ata sha ng w@wies eh he he) and she was also preparing her own wedding. Other than that.. I was satisfied with her work.. :)

Love your own creation.. :) We were into bead business last year kaya my sister and I decided to make the souvenirs for the guests. We bought all the materials in Quiapo.. so we did not spend so much.. canvass talaga kami ng stones na gagamitin.. very tiring coz we made like a hunder and fifty bag charms. Madali naman gawin yun lang madami and you have to invest a lot of your time..Our female guests loved it!! :)

Just the way we like it... we chose the design and the stone.. white gold, 5 Princess cut diamonds for each ring..Quite expensive coz of the stones.. and the ring is thick.
We got Marly because my MOH has been her client eversince. Francis bought the engagement ring from her as well.

The place is worth every penny!! Beautiful Island.. the best service (pampered as in!!).. No more Abu Sayaf coz the place is secured already... Highly recommended especially for honeymooners.. you can have the beach on your own ksi konti lang tao.. very peaceful and you can do so many things (diving, snorkelling, spa, kayaking, swimming, island hopping) or just stay at the beach, get a tan, read your fave book, relax and enjoy! We plan to go back after 5 years (we can't afford it pag yearly eh he he)

I feel that I owe Weddings @ Work a lot for making life easier for me when I was preparing for my wedding last year. I just didn't find the time to do this after the wedding because we had to do so many things e.g fixing the house, going back to work, learning how to cook (and still trying!) etc.. It was a big adjustment for me and my husband. I hope other w@wies will still remember me, those that I became friends with here in W@w. I hope that my suppliers ratings will give other w@wies more ideas, they might even be interested with some of my suppliers who made our wedding a dream come true. :)

CHURCH: Manila Cathedral

We got the rate of MC without aircon because we didn't think that it would be hot since our wedding is Dec. True enough, we didn't have any problem with the ventilation.We did not hear any complain from our guests. The church is beautiful. I guess a lot of w@wies would testify to that. I was just not happy with the sound system. It was very soft.. so soft infact that I did not feel the song when I was marching. Though I'm not even sure if it was the fault of MC or talagang palpak lang yung JJS (very disappointing JJS grabe!! grrrrrrrr!!)

RECEPTION: Baluarte De San Diego
Intramuros Manila

I love Baluarte!!! Lovely, lovely garden... add candles around the place.. it will surely look magical!! :) Good enough for 200 or more guest bec. Baluarte is quite big. This is also nice for Christian Weddings because there is a separate place where you can hold the ceremony. Via Mare made it possible to make the garden look cozy and more beautiful.

No doubt about it food was just GREAT!!! The set up was simple but elegant.. The service was very good.. all the waiters were very warm and alert. Of course Tita Ella is the best!. She's the catering manager of Via and she's also a family friend (got her as one of the ninangs).. Our guest loved the Bibingka and Puto Bungbong corner (Via Mare's bibingka is one of the best, try it!! :)

BRIDAL GOWN: Veluz Reyes

Genius.. as what I can call Veluz. She made all her brides including me sooooo happy!! I couldn't thank her enough for being such a nice person... super easy to get along with.. she can make you look really beautiful on your wedding day.. not to forget her staff especially Niko.. very talented and creative as well. I don't think I need to elaborate more on V's work and professionalism.. just look at her works
and read our ratings.. yun na yun! :)

She also made the gowns of the two mothers and the flower girl (little bride),

Veluz designed the gowns and suggested the color combination.. I loved the designs and the colors.. I just felt that Ms. Cathy had a hard time following V's design.. V can definitely do better. But I'm happy coz my sister and friends did not complain.. they even liked the color and the design... hay salamat.. walang pasaway.. ;)

After Veluz.. Queen is my second favorite!! She and David are just wonderful!! I did not worry about anything. Super galing nila mag host, everybody had fun! Galing ng mga ideas nila sa program.. from the hotel to the reception hangang kami nalang natira sila lahat nag asikaso... my wedding was worry-free because of them. I am really glad I found them! Among all our suppliers.. we were very very disappointed with JJS (John Santos). He promised to be there (sha dapat and pianist) but he did not show up!! His musicians were late!!! We really though they could not make it on my bridal march!!! They did not sing half of the songs that we agreed on and and worst pa the 2 singers that we wanted wala!!! They sent a different group... hay just thinking about it umiinit ulit ulo ko!! I texted John the next they and told him that I was not happy with his service and he did not even reply!!! Kainis!!! I would not recommend them period!!!

I love love love Toto and Ruben!!! They made me look fresh and beautiful (samahan pa ng gown ni Veluz.. Perfect na ito! he he). Everybody loved my hair and make up. They even thought wig yung hair ko.. ang galing daw ksi ng style.. My hair is long kaya nagawa ni Ruben paikut-ikutin hair ko.. :)
You wouldn't regret getting Toto!! :)

A month before the wedding that was the only time that I looked for a supplier.. he he. Si Veluz worried na coz she wanted to know kung ano flowers ang gagamitin ko etc.. It was actually her idea na color white and flowers ko. Yun daw bagay sakin... She suggested tulips with cymbodium.. I followed her advice of course... :) I asked Via Mare to take care of the rest.. I just told them the motiff of the wedding.. that's it! When the flowers were delivered.. wow gaganda!!! Even if I'm not fond of flowers I appreciated them when I saw what they did.. :)

I'm not even sure if I'm forgeting something... to follow na lang yung iba.. Hay natapos din..

I had my TMU w/ Toto in time for my friend's wedding. I was very happy with the outcome.. even Francis liked it, too.I liked how Ruben did my hair.. very clean tingnan and stylish.. bagay na bagay sa garden theme ko.. :)

My makeup lasted for 10 hours (from 4pm-2am) w/o any retouch except for the lipstick... Galing ni Toto!! :)

Before we actually decided the date and place where we can have our photo shoot, it took us 5 (or more??) rescheduled dates! As in, I was getting desperate already.. Naaawa na nga si Bern ksi di talaga magmatch sched namin tatlo nila francis. It even came to a point na I gave up already and told Bern wala nalang prenup. Sayang naman daw.. until, finally, nag meet mga sched namin on Nov. 4! :) To make the story short, natuloy din yung shoot. We all had fun! Francis and I loved Sonya's (the place and the food) We met Sonya ksi friend sha ni Bern (He did the photo shoot of the place when it was still starting). Sonya showed us the place herself.. ganda talaga.. We'll definitely go back there! :)

Francis and I met with John to finalize our wedding songs.. what can I say? He's very professional! expert na talaga sa field ng music kaya I don't have any worries. We just told him the songs that we want for the bridal march and first dance, the rest sha na bahala.. :)

Marriage License and other church requiremements

After exactly 10 days, I got our marriage license. I immediately asked my dad to drop by Manila Cathedral to submit the rest of our requirements. They gave narin the marriage banns to be given to our parishes here in pque. So far.. things are going smoothly.. di pa naman kami harrass ni francis. Though there are still some things that we have to decide on (whether aircon ba or nonm aircon kami, list of offerors)... Minor details nalang naman.

Things to be submitted on dec. 10:
Marriage banns
Confirmation and Birth certificate of Francis
Endorsement of the list of offerors
Final payment to MC

Food Tasting & Reception set up

I just love the table set up that Via Mare prepared during the mock up! That was really what I envisioned when I explained to them what I wanted for the table centerpieces. Francis wanted sana puro flowers lang then I suggested maganda siguro if we'll add candles and dapat may mirror that will hold the candles and flowers. I'm so happy nasunod ng Via yung gusto namin..

Cocktails to be served before dinner: *Phyllo triangle of flaked chicken & mushroom *Baby Potato stuffed w/ blue cheese *Oysters fritters w/ red pepper sauce *Crostini topped w/ basil pesto paste & chorizo

Lahat masarap but my personal fave is the crostini w/ chorizo.. yum! :)

Unfortunately, i wasn't able to take pictures of the salad, main menu and desserts! :( I remembered nalang after eh ubos ko na lahat! Hmp! Even our parents loved the food! Speechless nga sila when Tita Ella asked kung may comments sila or gusto palitan.. he he.. super busog! :)

Ofcourse, I didn't forget to take pictures of us.. One big happy family! :)

The other picture naman.. we were joined by our friend Joseph and his GF. Joseph is the son of Tita Ella, the Catering Manager of Via Mare.

All of us went home happy and and full!! We paid 50& downpayment na rin.. :)

Next meeting: Ocular at Baluarte some time next month (early Nov.)

Honeymoon at DOS PALMAS!!

Among the suggested vacation spots of our family, friends and colleagues, Francis and I decided to have our honeymoon in Dos Palmas. We got a very good package which includes 4 days, 3 nights accommodation at the Bay Cottage, 3 Board Meals (BF, Lunch, Dinner) per night stay, Land and Boat transfers from airport to resort and vice versa, intro scuba dive, whole body massage, special dinner at the beach, complimentary wine and fruit basket, and other resort amenities that we can use for free! :)

During the day and at night

One queen size bed for the Bay Cottage. The room really looks nice and cozy.

I won't avail of the scuba diving coz I prefer the massage better. Si Francis nalang ang mag scuba dive while I'm at the spa.

I'm soo excited ! We reserved narin our PAL tickets to Puerto Prinsesa and fully paid Dos Palmas :) We'll be leaving on Dec 26.

Disappointed w/ Phoebe of Printed Matter

When it comes to being creative hands off talaga ako kay Phoebe. She was able to create a very unique invites for us. Ilang beses kami pabalik palik ni Wella and Tanya para lang ma-finalize yung design ng invites, Save the Date and Thank you card. There was one saturday (kasama ko si wella) when Phoebe promised to finish the mock-up supposedly during that day .. unfortunately pagdating namin dun ng mga 9am di nya daw nagawa pa. Madami ng dumating na clients so she asked if we could come back at 2pm, promise daw matatapos nya yun. Shempre super excited ako to see the sample invite that she made at para narin I could show it to Francis. Wella and I waited and nagikot nalang kami sa SM Centerpoint. 2pm bumalik na ulit kami Priinted Matter. Wala parin shang nagawa.
To make the story short, since ang tagal namin naghintay, Sabi ni Phoebe freebie nalang daw yung entourage inserts (15 pesos each). Nakakahiya daw ksi sakin. Natuwa naman ako coz we can save 1500 if we plan to print 100 invites. That was July. I didn't get in touch with her for 2 months after our last meeting coz I was super busy at work. When Francis and I finally had the time to visit her and finalize the invites today. She could not remember anything about the freebie thingie! As in she even told me she woulnd't say anything like that! Nakakinis! Napahiya tuloy ako kay francis ksi pinalabas ni Phoebe I just made it up!
I really felt bad. If only I still have the time to scout for another supplier di nako magpapagwa sa kanya! Comment nga ni Francis para daw wala sa sarili si Phoebe nung kausap namin. We still decided to get PM ksi printing nalang talaga.

Marriage License

We didn't expect that we can file our marriage license that fast.. as in 20 mins max! (That includes the photocopying of other documents and payment for the license). They did not require us to attend the family planning seminar coz we told them that we already had our Pre-cana in MC. We can get daw our license after 10 days. :) Sa tuwa namin ni francis dun sa nag assist samin we gave her food since lunch time narin yun.

I realized after namin sa city hall, may mga natitira pa naman na employees ang government na maayos magtrabaho. These are the poeple who don't ask for anything para lang magawa yung work nila. I salute them for doing their job and giving good service to others. :)

Booked Toto Baagamasbad as my MUA

I knew I found the perfect MUA for my wedding when I saw Toto B's work!! I was just lucky when i called him last week and asked if dec 22 is still available. Buti nalang free pa sha! I panicked ksi last week I realized october na la parin ako MUA. This afternoon we met in Starbucks Macapagal. I payed 5k DP and he gave me the contract. I scheduled a trial on Nov. 18, in time for my friend's wedding. :)

Francis and I met with Tita Ella at Via Mare coffee shop to finalized the menu and reception set-up. We decided to get them narin to be our florist coz francis and I had no more time to scout for other suppliers. Besides, we're kampante Via Mare will deliver very well come our wedding day. Can't wait for the food tasting and mock-up on oct 15. Ganda ksi ng plan nila for the centerpieces.. I will definitely bring my camera on that day! :) I'm getting hungry just thingking about the food that they will prepare next week. Yummy!! :)

My mom's measurement taking

V will also do the 2 moms' and the flower girl's gowns. She quoted a very reasonable prize (labor only) coz I opted to buy the materials myself. We can save 3k, better diba? :) The mom of francis had her measurement last aug (she had to go to mindanao till end of oct). My mom was scheduled today. We finalized the design and the cost as well. Happy lang coz another chech mark sa aking things to do! :)

Quiapo visit

Since we started planning for the wedding.. I did most of the legwork (which my fiance did not deny) Super ok lang with me coz I understand his sched at work and I enjoy naman being hands-on sa wedding namin. Sarap ksi ng feeling pag may accomplishment ako nagawa for the day. But in fairness to Francis, come September mas naging involve sha sa planning ( he realized ata na lapit na dec).

Since first and last nya napunta sa quiapo church when he had his confirmation nung 4th year HS.. I offered to get his confirmation certificate. Comfortable nako sa quiapo feeling ko nga second home ko na sha! he he he... :) 15 mins lang I got the certificate na kaya my sister and I had more time to shop! :)

3rd Fitting update

I did not take pictures of my 3rd fitting coz veluz just added corset dun sa shantung. After that end of oct na ulit last fitting ko para kasama na yung piña. Veluz alloted 1 month for embroidery and beadworks.. I can't wait to see my gown! i love the design, the beadworks and all... :) Exciting!!

Wedding Ring- Fully paid at last!

The hardest (and most painful) part of the wedding preps is the never ending payments to suppliers... he he he.. kaya when we finished paying for the Wedding rings we were somewhat relieved. Minues one na ulit kami...

I asked Francis to keep the rings coz I felt mas safe yun sa kanya.. medyo careless ksi ako and he's more organized. Everytime that we go to his house he shows me the rings and we always try them on.. :)

Printed matter will be our invites supplier.. hopefully we can finalize our principal sponsors so that we can ask phoebe to print the invites na. So far save the date palang ang napapagawa namin to be delivered this week. I laminated the STD, bought round magnets in wellmanson (quiapo) as soon as I get home nilagyan ko na nga magnets yung likod ng STD.. here it is...

Second Fitting (shantung)

Since I started working in Cebu Pecific I felt that I gained weight! :( The environment in the office is very relaxing.. all we do is eat as in! So I was kinda afraid baka sumikip na yung gown. The first thing I asked V was if she thinks that I gained weight. hmm.. sabi nya I still look the same (sexy parin daw he he) Thank God my gown still fits very well.. pink yung lining ko under ng piña. This time, i wore a strapless bra so mas maganda yung fit nung gown sa bust area. I haven't exactly bought a strapless bra for the wedding so yung ang isang assignment ko.

Francis was with me during the 2nd fitting. kakatawa nga si Niko na love at first sight ata sa aking fiance he he pwede daw ba si francis assist nya sa wedding. Niloloko nga sha ni V, 6 years na daw kami so strong na yung bonding namin kaya wala ng chance si niko to separate us. :)

Change of career

After 4 years of working in a school, I decided to try it again in the corporate world. Fortunately, I got accepted in Cebu Pacific. :) My work will still be related to teaching but this time I will be training employees.
Today is my first day. So far, I like the environment. The office is very relaxing.Di na mashado tiring coz the trainings are not everyday and I have two other colleagues in the training group.

SHS P'que Batch '95 Reunion

After 10 years, Sacred Heart School (inside Multinational Village) had a mini grand reunion at the fort, Pier 1. Only a few of us came but it was still fun seeing those we haven't seen after HS graduation! Hopefully, in our next reunion, it will be more organized and well attended.

First Fitting (Muslin)

I was so looking forward to my 1st fitting! Nobody was with me during that time coz francis had to work, my family went to Cavite for an overnight stay in my sister's house. Nonetheless, I felt really excited! Palpak pa nga coz I forgot to wear a strapless bra so you can see in the pic the strap of my bra that time. he he :)Even if muslin pa lang yun, I couldn't contain my happiness.I'll be a bride soon. Sabi nga ni Veluz pwede na kahit muslin palang. Shempre, non-stop chika kami ni V and Niko.

Canonical Interview at Manila Cathedral

I had to be absent from work because Francis and I went to Manila Cathedral for our Canonical Interview. We also submitted the requirements (confirmation, baptismal) so kahit papano nalessen yung things to do namin for our wedding. It was a very productive day! :)

Since we attended the DW, it became an alternative for Pre-cana. :)

Measurement Taking with V

5 months before dec.. didn't realize that our wedding is near na until I had my measurement taking with Veluz. I'm still planning to lose some weight but my family and friends including Veluz told me ok na ang body ko. If I lose some more weight may tendency na super lulubog na mukha ko.. eeeww.. yoko naman ng ganun. :) Soo.. maintain nalang and continue with my belly.. that's my only exercise. :)

As usual I had fun talking with Veluz. She has a lot of advices and suggestions.. she helps me find good suppliers.. parang coordinator narin ang dating. :)

Final na ang color ng mga ninangs, aqua blue. The 2 moms lime green, yung MOH and SS Fuchsia and Yellow, yung flower girl, si Hannah (francis' niece) sha ang aking replica.. little bride ang dating. :) I can imagine them na walking down ng isle.. ang sarap tingnan, very colorful.. :)

Sayang nga, I wasn't able to bring my cam! grr.. la tuloy documentation ng aking measurement with V. Sa first fitting nalang daw. woohoo can't wait!!!

Printed Matter & Quiapo/Recto Trip

After almost 7 months of being a member of w@w, I can definitely say that it helped me find good suppliers and build friendship with some wawies. :)

Today, together with Mec & Wella (fellow wawies) we went to Printed Matter for our invites. No idea talaga ako when I got there. But when I saw sample invites that Phoebe made.. I was impressed! as in she's super galing! very creative.. so shmpre.. yung plan na traditional invites lang ang papagawa ko.. I decided na pop up nalang. I'll come back again next sat to finalize the design and layout. Excited na nga ako. :) I showed francis the sample pop up wedding invitation dun sa wedding essentials magazine and he liked it! :) Hay.. buti nalang.. :)

After lunch, go na kami Recto/Quiapo. Hay dito talaga nakakapagod. Nilibot namin Recto and Quiapo. Actually, di pa nga talaga libot ksi pagod na rin kami. We started 9:00am and natapos kami ng 6:00pm. Grabbe!!

But it was fun and very productive yung lakad namin. :)

Bridal Bouquet

Since school started I barely had time to update my blog! :( After work I feel soooo tired. Though I make sure I read emails from w@w and reply/post messages once in a while.

These past few days I've been browsing the internet for ideas about bridal bouquet. Initially, I really wanted an all-white tulip bouquet. Couldn't imagine myself carrying any other flowers except tulips.

But then, after seeing other bouquets with different flower and color combinations. I began to have second thoughts.... hmmmmm.........

I met Rey of Freshcut Flowers last week. The quotation that he gave is super ok. Yun nga lang, until now he hasn't fax or email me the package. I'm making him kulit na nga eh. hmmp kainis. Yun lang ang negative feedback ko sa kanila. Sabi din ksi ni Marge dami nila events kaya di matapos yung package ko. Oh well... I'll just wait.. pero pag this friday wala pa.. I'll find another florist. Para kasing ako naghahabol sa kanila.

One last hurray for the teachers before school starts. Who says we are boring??? Nah! Learning won't be as fun as it is now without us! I'm so glad to have the company of my co-teachers/friends. They make work fun and exciting (chismis and all, you know!) Ha ha ha! They are my ever loyal consumers/buyers of whatever I sell to them (beads, oatmeal cookies, body wash, etc, etc). DW Experience

Francis was a little apprehensive at first when I told him about the seminar. We fought over this twice coz I felt that he's making up excuses just so we couldn't attend. I felt bad about it so everytime that we were together I avoided talking about wedding stuff. Hmm.. tampo daw ba... Until i got a text from him telling me that he paid the seminar fee already. Yey!!!That made my day. :) (he he babaw ko!)

It was God's will for us to attend the seminar. Francis and I were able to resolved some issues that we used to argue a lot about. We became aware of each other's needs and expectations. We laughed, cried, shared good memries with other couples.

It felt wonderful sharing those special moments with Francis. I would definitely recommend DW to all soon-to-wed couples.

OTD Coordinator Dilemma solved!

I'm happy today coz Francis and I finally decided not to cancell our booking with our OTD coordinator QUEEN GUTIERREZ. We talked this afternoon to decide on this matter. Over na ksi kami sa budget kaya we thought of getting a cheaper coordinator. A friend was referring another coordinator na very cheap pero starting palang sa business. Takot naman ako bka pagpractisan yung wedding namin.

Nag tetext kami ni Queen last night and we agreed on some matters. She gave pa a freebie that we can use in the reception.. LUMINARIES!! :) Yey!! We can use them daw sa pathway ng Baluarte. She's super nice talaga and very understanding. Hiya nga ako na napagisipan pa namin i-cancell. Buti nalang I opened up the problem with her and she made some adjustments.

So there! Happy na ako ulit. Gusto ka narin talaga sha from the moment that we spoke on the phone and lalo na when we met. She has a lot of great ideas and very bubbly! :) She explained naman na kaya di nya ako natext kagad when I asked her sumthing ksi nagkaproblem sa phone nya.

Finally solved na! tnx to those who gave referrals... I'm happy with my coor na. :)

Veluz and I brainstormed on what could be a nice color combination for my ento gowns. Since my motif is pink, we thought of combining it with aqua blue or green. But she told me that pink & blue and pink & green are very common already. I asked her if pink and yellow will be a nice combination and she agreed. We got excited with the two colors. The effect will be very nice in the pictures. I just hope that the gown maker for my ento will give justice to the designs that Veluz made.

Another accomplishment! Yey!!!! ;)

I'm sooo happy today! We got a slot for June 3-5 DW Seminar. Closed na dapat yung June seminar but when I talked to Lala and asked her if they can still accomodate us, she called me back and confirmed our reservation. Yahooo!

Francis works for Globe and his schedule is very unpredictable. So when he told me that he has a weekend off for the whole month of June, I immediatly thought of having our DW Seminar at this month..

I hope we'll learn a lot from it. Excited na ko.. :)

After a month and a half of rest, beach, shopping, beach, sleep, gimmicks, beach, doing nothing..... I'M BACK TO WORK! I had too much of summer na daw (sabi ni Francis.. inggit ksi sha sa vacation ko ha ha ha) but I told him SUMMER is not yet over!! Super init pa, sarap parin mag beach.. hay... We can still do a lot of things this summer.. Oh well, naisip ko lang yun pero di na pwede . From mon-fri 8-4pm kami work sa school... Ok na rin since la pa mga kids and we have more time to prepare our materials, lesson plan, plantilla, etc for the next school year.

Today is the first reporting day in school where I work. I was happy to see my co-teachers na makukulit, back to tawanan, kainan (as in busog lagi!) at tsismisan.. he he he.. Di naman mawawala yun! :) They were asking me updates of my wedding.. I couldn't give them any since la pa naman.. excited narin sila..

Oh well, time flies sooo fast! Opening of Classes is on June 6.. next thing I know December na! Grabe! I have to find a florist fast!! Kawawa naman church and reception venues ko pag di maganda yung flowers...

DIY wedding souvenir for the female guests

After a week of searching thru the internet a nice give away for the ladies, I finally decided to make a BAG CHARM for them. Iniisip ko nga kung ano symbol nun. Hmmm.. ano kaya?? I can't think of anything pa. Para naman pag tinanong bakit bag charm I have sumthing to answer.. he he.. Cute ksi yung bag charm. I put together glass beads, semi-precious stones and crystals in different shades of pink. I'll be putting each bag tag sa small pouch.

Will my guests appreciate it? Sana talaga.. paghihirapan ko gawin yun lahat! :( So far 10 palang nagagawa ko... bagal ko nga eh dami ksi interruptions. Hopefully matapos ko gawin yung 100 pcs by august. Enough na kaya yung 100 pcs?? Hmm.. 250 ksi guests namin (including na family, principal sponsors).

My new cell Samsung E310

Yipeee!!!! Francis gave me a new cellphone! :) It's a Samsung E310. Very small, ganda ng mga features and easy to use pa. Why and How he gave me one? Here's the story behind it.

We had a fight the other night (Sunday). Actually it was my fault pa nga. So I was the one who's making lambing para di na sha magalit. Walang effect yung mga sorry ko sa kanya so he went home na magkagalit kami. As in he didn't text or call paguwi nya and the whole day yesterday pero ako super text parin sa kanya. Puro sorry na nga yung msgs ko but still no reply! :( I felt he really needed time to cool off bka he's getting irritated na sa kakulitan ko so I stopped texting him. But I couldn't sleep! I felt guilty for making him mad.

Di ko na talaga matiis so exactly 12am nagparing ako sa cell nya. At that same moment papasok na sha ng room ko. I was really surprised and happy at the same time to see him! I hugged him right away and nagsorry (for the nth time). He responded naman and hugged me back pero parang pakipot na hug. He was holding a globe paperbag na may seal pa. He gave it to me without saying anything. I asked him "Ano to?" (deadma pa kunyari). He answered "Para sayo, buksan mo" (medyo serious). Shempre ako mega bukas naman. Ano pa ba yung nasa loob, eh di a brand new cell phone!!! I asked him "Huh? Kanino to?" (Ang kulit ko noh? Sabi na ngang para sakin, I'm just making sure he he) Sabi nya "Sayo". "Huh? (ulit!!) "Bakit?" (hay.. ang dami kong tanong!!) "Bagay sayo yang phone pambabae talaga" Eto and winner na line ko "Hon??? Di ko naman kailangan! Sayang lang money mo. Ok pa naman yung phone ko (3510 Globe Gizmo, diba ang ganda) Pero grabe and liit! Super cute nya.. sakin ba talaga to? Thanks hon.. as in super thanks... Galit ka pa ba?" (Ha ha ha super kainis yung mga hirit ko di naman daw obvious na happy ako coz di na sha galit and may gift pa sha sakin even if ako yung may fault)

To make the story short nagpalipas lang pala sha ng inis sakin kaya he didn't answer my calls and di rin nagreply sa msgs ko. When he saw the unit Samsung E310 he thought of me right away, magugustuhan ko daw yun. He was sooo damn right! I loved it!! :)My first ever flip cellphone (I used to own 7610 then 6600 but I sold them and saved the money instead)I'm not into expensive phones naman basta maka call and text ok na. But since Francis gave me a nice phone super happy ako.. :) Kakatuwa talaga si Francis. Dami nya laging surprises. :)

My 1st SCUBA DIVING Adventure!!!

I was quite scared at first pati tuloy si Francis kinabahan when it was my turn to dive.. He kept on telling me not to panic and mag relax lang. Good thing yung dive master as in he was by my side the whole time we were underwater.. What can I say, It was an amazing site to see. Ganda ng corals, mga fish iba iba talaga as in wow ang galing! Pero medyo nagpanic ako when i realized malalim na kami.. I was having a hard time breathing, laging may water yung goggles ko, bka may shark kami makita oh no! Grabe i told myself if I wanna survive I have to relax and breath, relax, breath... hay.. finally we have to go back... thank God!

Will I ever try scuba diving again? Well... yeah pero dapat may diving lessons muna.. My life is at risk here.. one wrong move... eeeww... I don't even want to think about it.

I've been craving for Longanisa Meal, Sausage Mcmuffin and pancake of Mcdonalds lately but im so tamad to wake up early.. This morning I got a call from Francis at 7am, breakfast daw kmi mcdo.. he he talk about a morning date... It was so sweet of him to actually get up early (he's not a morning person) and take me to Mcdo! :) I felt like a kid, very excited. Wala pa kami dun iniisip ko na ano order ko! I got Longanisa Meal, Hash browns and pancake. Grabe! dami ko order may take out pa na sausage mcmuffin! Hay... i didn't eat lunch na.. and had a light mirienda nalang.

I enjoyed my morning date with my honi. :)

I still can't believe Francis and I have been together for 6 years. God has been so good to us. He showers us with so much blessings.. and I couldn't ask for more except to guide us all the way until we settle down as husband and wife. I feel so happy...

My 27th Birthday Bash!!!

THEME: Luau DATE: April 3, 2005 TIME: 6pm til malasing

I had sooooo much fun when i celebrated my 27th birthday. It was also my last birthday of being single. Family ko lang and family ni Francis nandun coz i wanted it to be really intimate. Kakatuwa nga when I told them luau theme ko lahat sila naexcite lalo na my 2 sisters. Kaya kahit preggy si eloy hala.. sige parin pakita ng tummy nya! Francis surprised me again coz when i got home after my trial makeup with Prady, He already brought the Cake and daming food (Alimango, shrimps, tuna belly) as in come dinner time lahat kami kamay galore.. sobrang busog and pati friends ng brother ko nakakain..

Shempre.. inuman na after... I slept mga 2am kahit di pa sila tapos coz company outing namin the next day. Wala talaga tulog..

Imagine.. it has been a year since Francis proposed.. April 3, 2004, birthday ko din... The happiest day of my life... Hay.. ang saya saya!!! :)

TMU with Prady

Never mind the Jasmin Trias hair... Prady curled my hair and put a flower at the side coz he knows that I'll be having a luau party after my trial with him. Francis and my family liked the MU but... im still not contented with it. He said iba daw and gagawin nya sa wedding day ko. Kaya nga ako nagpatrial para may idea nako what i'll look like on my wedding. Hmp! Kainis! But in fairness, very fresh yung makeup nya sakin.. And super bait si Prady. Bahala na.. I'll have another trial with Angelo Justine next week. Goodluck!! :)

Tribute to my Bestfriend

I feel sad today coz my bestfriend Jaynee and her hubby left this morning for Australia. :( They won't be able to attend my wedding on Dec. coz they have to fix their immigration papers. Hay... kakalungkot talaga.

Jaynee or mommy jayns as I fondly call her is one of the nicest person i know. Super down-to-earth, simple, thoughtful, caring as in lahat na ata ng good traits nasa kanya. I am very lucky to have found her and became my bestfriend. We've shared a lot of good and bad times together. We give each other strength especially during the times that we feel really down. I'll surely miss our dinner dates, coffee sessions, lunch in Plato and non-stop chikahan .

Shempre may despedida party kami for her and PJ. Last Wednesday, together with our good friends Leng (with Jun) and Ella, had dinner in Avenetto (BF Homes) and nagvideoke after in El Colorado (BF din) (hmm.. not sure if I got the name of the bar right). We all had fun!!! :) Shempre mega kanta and beauty ko! :) We went home around 2:30 para sulit yung 2 hours namin magkantahan. :)

Uwian time I wanna cry when I hugged her pero mega pigil nalang. I'll really miss Jaynee.

Letting Go

I've kept a lot of things from my past.. pictures, letters, cards and small gifts.. from family, friends, classmates and ex-boyfriends. When my mom told me to throw away the "kalat" in my room i asked her ANOOO? I couldn't think of anything talaga. But then, I realized i'll have to do it anyway since Francis and I will live together na after the wedding. Hmm... ang dami ko nga pala talagang letters ang cards since grade school.. I found my diary pa! As in my diary eversince gradeschool til college.. lahat nadun.. Oh my!! It brought a lot of memories... I felt happy and sad at the same time.

I have to let go of these things.. pero i find it really hard... hmmmmm.....

Finally, I decided to let go..... and only keep the things that I need.

Finally, im learning!!! :) i've been in front of the computer for how many hours already just to learn how to customize my blog site!!! Oh man... my back hurts, my eyes are very tired... thanks to Leah Decena and Mai (my co-wawies) they've given me tips and somewhat tutorial so i can add kikay stuff in my blog site..... :) hmmm.. so far im progressin but i still need to adjust my side bar.. Grrrr... i really cant get it!!!
Hopefully i'll be more creative tomorrow.. im soooo tired...

By the way, Francis and his friends are on their way back here in Manila... Hay.. nagpakasarap mashado.. he better not forget my watermelon and japanese corn!!! Can't wait to see him tom..

Met the famous Alex Franco!!

I just wanna share our meeting with alex last night... happy lang ako coz my h2b liked him. super nice daw si alex and shempre the package is reeally ok.. i got the 5 layer cake and satellite yung set up nya.. since my motif is different shades of pink shempre the flowers that he'll use are all pink.. may cake pa sha for us.. and before ako magcomputer today.. i tasted his cake!! oh man!! supeeer sarap... i feel lucky for getting him.. yun lang. ah.. i brought a camera and para shang celebrity nagpapicture ako sa kanya. i told him para sa files ko... pati si francis i took a picture with alex. he he he after nga nun.. he commented.. kakahiya daw ako.. bka daw kala ng ibang tao taga bundok kami nagpapapicture sa chowking... nyahaha.. eh pakialam ba ng mga tao diba?? :) may mga meeting nga sha with other couples.. di ko sure kung mga wawies.. pero may feeling ako wawies din sila.. para bang lukso ng dugo.. he he he :)
